Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GroupChatAI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
